Ok, so I need an idea for a mission and I need it FAST. I thought I had one that worked but as it turns out, I don't. What can you do? So if there's something you've been wanting to see in Apogee, let me know! Preferably a general mission so I can edit accordingly. Like, if I had to describe 6's mission, I'd say "mystery space disease forces ground team away from ship" or something. So, any ideas?

ALSO! Because it's fun, and don't lie about it, you know it is, I'm going to play the ask a character game! Comment with a question for any of the Apogee characters and I'll reply in character! COME ON, YOU KNOW THIS IS FUN.

Oh, and I posted this over at [livejournal.com profile] kirkspock b/c it's the comm that frightens me the least with mod-slapping. XD The post is here, so I don't lose it when I'm looking for it later.

EDIT: BTW, you can comment with an idea and no question, or with a question a no idea. It's not like you have to do both or anything. XP Also, of course you can have questions for more than one character and/or more than one questions for the same character. Feel free to go nuts! \o/

EDIT 2: Unrelated, but look at this smexy pic of ZQ fucking riding a motorcycle!

OMG EDIT 3: [livejournal.com profile] helpwess pic-spammed with awesome. It will kill your dial-ip, but it's worth it, I say, WORTH IT!! There is ZQ and XFine smexiness!! &harts; PEOPLE THEY ARE SO IN LOVE OMGEEEE I NEED TO WRITE A PINTO. /Pinto fangirling

EDIT 4: Thanks for all of your awesome ideas! I've got the mission figured out now, so I don't need any more suggestions for 10. However, feel free to continue suggesting mission ideas for future missions--although no promises on whether or not they will be used. And of course you can still ask the characters questions! :D

Reprise on Paradise:

The crew visits a planet which was due to join the Federation, but the inhabitants missed a check-in or whatever because they're suffering the effects of a mind altering drug. Perhaps they know that they're under the influence but refuse to do anything about it because they feel that their quality of life is improved. Enterprise's mission would be to change their mind.

Question for Spock: who was your first kiss?

Oh, interesting! I don't think I've seen Paradise yet, oh no wait, I think I have actually! This Side of Paradise, you mean? Hmm... I shall ponder this. *ponders*

Of course that WOULD be the first question! XD

Spock: "I must admit I do not understand the relevance of your question. Nonetheless, I have not kissed anyone in the Vulcan method. I have only engaged in kissing Lieutenant Uhura using the human method. This obsession with kissing you humans have is disturbing."

well, there's always the old, "away team stranded overnight on ice planet and must huddle for warmth" bit.

"two planets of one species in the same system have been fighting for generations but now need to get along and breed so their race doesn't die out. they don't trust each-other and need neutral ground. que awesome diplomatic Enterprise!"

"sooooo . . . Ms. Uhura, if you had to pick between Mr. Scott and Mr. McCoy to date, who would you and why?" -- Inquiring Minds

"Mr. Sulu, would you ever consider dating a co-worker?" -- Secret Admirer

"Mr. Spock, have you ever considered a career outside of the sciences?" -- Ensign D.K.

Hmm, ice planets could be fun. I can see that. And that second idea is interesting, it might work, too. Hmm...

Uhura: "Uh, in case you haven't noticed, I'm dating Spock. But, just to humor you, I'd probably go with McCoy. Scotty's all right, but I'd rather have a guy I can talk to and not just laugh at. Plus, McCoy's hotter."

Sulu: "Well, we would have to agree beforehand that we wouldn't bring our relationship to work. I don't think that sort of thing is appropriate. But other than that, why not? I've got no problem dating a co-worker."

Spock: "It is logical for me to continue working in the field that I can be of the most use. The sciences are a fascinating subject that deal solely in facts. If I was to consider working in another area, that area would also have to deal strictly with logic. However, I achieve a great deal of satisfaction from solving a problem no one else can. I believe the sciences are one area of study which I am singularly suitable for."

The "vaguely resembling historical Earth" eps were always lovely in TOS... Nazi!Spock? Yes please! If we could get him in tights and a wig, I'd be down with that too >:D

Yeah, those are way fun, you're right. I see your sole goal in life is to get Spock dressing up in fun outfits so he can role-play with Kirk before the crazy hot gay sex ensues. I'm down with that. XD

I think it would be interesting to have Kirk accidentally switched bodies, you know like in the Janice Lester episode of the original series. (And then Spock was the one to figure it all out, of course).

Ooooh, a question then...Jim: What was your favorite class at Starfleet academy and why?

Re: Hmmm...

From: [identity profile] kowaiyoukai.livejournal.com
LOL, I haven't seen that ep yet but I've heard a lot about it. I'm definitely looking forward to it! I'll take that idea under consideration, too. \o/

Jim: "Okay, so don't spread this around or anything, but I actually liked a lot of classes at the Academy. You know, not the boring ones, though. But, um, if I had to pick one, I guess I'd go with Survival Strategies. That was fun. And useful. But I'm not going to talk about how a certain Vulcan acting Captain marooned me on a certain ice planet, since I'm not bitter about it or anything." *glares at Spock* "Oh, and I liked Tactical Analysis. Figuring out how to win fights is a good time. Same thing with Advanced Hand-to-Hand Combat. Oh and maybe also Forensic Psychology, it's really cool that you can look at a few clues and figure out who killed Professor Plum in the library with the wrench."

Yay for Memory Alpha (http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Starfleet_Academy_courses), that's really all I can say right now. *headdesk*

(1) Missions: Hmm. There's several different types from TOS to choose from. The demi-god ones are always fun. I'm also partial to the time-travel bits. There's a fun episode from season three where they get trapped in a ghost town that's all in their minds. (Which is AWESOME, because Chekov gets the girl, and Kirk is all, "Hey, no time for flirting Oh hey, Spock ♥.") It's a cool, adaptable episode because it's all about challenging reality; and Spock has to mind-meld with everyone to convince them that's it's all a delusion. Except this time Jim can just believe Spock, or something... I don't know. (There were kind of a lot of episodes like that though, weren't there?)

Of course, since you're mentioning stuff about prejudice in the 'fic, you could always do one of those missions where they confront prejudice in a society. But that's kind of a diplomatic mission, and you kinda did that with the medicine stuff. Hmm...

OR! - You could do one of those where an uncivilized planet manages to get a piece of random Earth history, and then builds their society around it - except this time is 70's Disco, and the Disco ball is REVERED OMG. (Hee hee, sorry. ♥)

There's also shore leave, of some sort? They find an interesting planet for an awesome, unexpected vacay; except Things Go Awry. (Don't they always?)

(... Yeah, I suck at missions. Hence, why I never write Star Trek fanfic.)

(2) Um, um, Chekov: Who do you think is sexier - Kirk or Spock? :D

(3) That "smexy" pic of ZQ always makes me wish I was born a motorcycle. ♥

(4) That picspam killed my computer, but it was SO WORTH IT. (I'm a total tin-hat when it comes to Pinto, DON'T GET ME STARTED. ♥)

Oh, those are all great ideas! Drat, I need to really sit down and think this through! Ah, agonize! Angst! Woe and despair! *flails around* Too many good ideas and not enough time to do them all! Disco ball society is AMAZING. Sadly it might be out of place for Apogee, BUT IT IS STILL AMAZING. \o/

Chekov: "Um, who is sexier?" *looks around nervously* "Well, they both have their... um, good points. Captain Kirk has a very nice... well, and Mr. Spock is quite... but of course that's not to say that I would try and do anything because they're involved. I suppose Mr. Spock does look good in a uniform, but I think the Captain looks better without one." *eyes widen* "I didn't mean it like that! Not like--what I meant was in normal clothing! You know, like a t-shirt or jeans! I didn't mean that."

I had never seen it before. It's always good to find those random jewels. <3

PINTO IS LOVE!! PLEASE DO START BECAUSE PINTO IS EPIC UBER LOVE!! Seriously, I need to write that Pinto fic before my brain explodes. *headdesk* They need to come out and say they're dating already, srsly.

Jim: What was your experience like with Tarsus?

Spock: What is your favorite memory of your mother?

Uhura: What did you want to ask Spock about his coversation with Jim on the planet?

Bones: What did you think Jim was originally acting weird about?

Scotty: If you heard someone badmouthing the captain what would you do? think of the tribble eppie where he lets the insults about jim go but starts the fight over the enterprise.

Chekov: Do you have a crush on anyone aboard the Enterprise?

Sulu: What do you think about regarding the captain's actions with Wilshaw?

OH! and I gave you Epic comment on chapter 9.

Date: 2009-07-29 04:00 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] kowaiyoukai.livejournal.com
Wow, these are some damn hard questions. WIN! \o/

Jim: "... Huh?" (I keep telling people this but they don't listen to me! Apogee!Jim never went to Tarsus. I AM SORRY BUT LIFE IS PAIN AND SOMETIMES JIM DOESN'T GO TO TARSUS. Feel free to ask another question, though. XP)

Spock: "I do not have a preference for any one specific memory of my mother. However, I often saw her standing on the balcony or next to a window. When I remember her, she is almost always standing near the Vulcan landscape while remaining separate from it. Perhaps that image is not exact. I am willing to admit that some slight emotion might have clouded my judgment."

Uhura: "What exactly? Well, I didn't have any one specific idea. I just think it's bullshit that he's so close to his friends and so far away from his girlfriend. I'd like to know why he didn't just tell me something if he wanted to talk about it, though."

Bones: "He's always acting weird. If I worried every time Jim did something stupid and senseless, I'd never do anything else. If you're asking me if I knew Jim had this secret epic gay love for Spock--" *snorts* "--I knew a four letter word starting with 'L' was involved. I just guessed the wrong word." *grumbles* "He's a fucking idiot."

Scotty: "Um... join in?" *looks quickly around* "And by that, I mean I'd defend our marvelous Captain to the death! Because he's so great and all, you know, a real leader of men. And not at all someone who would give or take away raises based on how unclothed Spock is." (I still haven't seen the tribble ep, but I'm almost there!)

Chekov: "Well, there are lots of nice people here, but I wouldn't want to say that anyone, um, stands out more than anybody else does. Except for the Captain and Mr. Spock, of course, but they have each other and I wouldn't like to get in the middle of that. Why? Is there someone in particular you're thinking about?"

Sulu: "I think Captain Kirk did what he felt was necessary. The Captain has no tolerance for prejudice of any kind aboard his ship, which is something I admire. Besides, any officer unwilling to follow the orders of the First Officer is clearly not cut out for military life. But I do think certain members of the crew might not see it my way. Which is unfortunate. The last thing we need is more conflict within the crew."

Oh, saw your epic comment and will reply soon! ♥

Well there is always a mission like Rascals (http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/Rascals) from tng where they get turned into kids due to a transporter malfunction. You can always do a lot with transporters :D

You also could a general mission where Spock feels it to be necessary for him to mind meld with kirk (like they are captured and they need to escape or something) and this reveals to Spock that Kirk's feelings are not strictly platonic.

What I really really want to see is how Kirk would react to the situation that is posed in the tng episode "the inner light" (http://memory-alpha.org/en/wiki/The_Inner_Light) where he lives several years without the Enterprise.

Question for Scotty: What really happened to Archer's prize dog?

Date: 2009-07-29 05:29 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] kowaiyoukai.livejournal.com
Oh, I really have not seen TNG enough to know what you're talking about. BECAUSE I FAIL. I should get my ass in gear with watching it, but first I need to finish TOS! *headdesk* Still, transporter malfunctions are always fun, and I like the idea of Kirk living without the Enterprise. Hmmm...

As for the mind meld, pshaw, do you really think I don't already have awesomesauce plans in place for the mind-melding? COME ON NOW. YOU KNOW I DO. <3

Scotty: *laughs awkwardly* "Why, whatever do you mean? I'm sure I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Did someone put you up to this? WHO ARE YOU WORKING FOR?!?!" *clears throat* "I'll know when he shows up again. It's not like I beamed him into the middle of space and he never re-appeared or anything. He's definitely somewhere..."

ICON LOVE!! Q was always my favorite TNG character, srsly. \o/

For some reason I have a real hunkering for something like Fullmetal Alchemist. A planet capable of alchemy doesn't sound too far off the mark and the sotryline of Fullmetal Alchemist as a whole is just beautiful. I don't know what the mission would be about though. (maybe a search for a homuculus or a inquire of a nations alchemy since in the animation series it turns out that the alchemy comes from dead people XD) Or maybe Bioshock? A utopia was created but wars happened and the people degraded and the enterprise was sent to investigate.

Questions:

Spock- Is it difficult being a hybrid of two species? Do you ever wish to be fully human or vulcan? Which heritage or cultue are you more comfortable with?

Jim- Do you think saving the world made people look past your father's legacy? Is there anything you wouldn't do for your crew? XD What would be your most hated mission? (imagined or already happened) What mission would you just love to have or have had?

Uhura- How do you think Jim is doing so far in his captaincy? Do you ever feel the urge to speak a language nobody knew and use it to insult or say things about people with no one ever knowing? Do have any plans if Spock breaks off your romantic relationship?

Bones- How does it feel knowing ou have enough medicine and drugs to take over the ship and do whatever the hell you want? Do you ever feel the need to punish the stupid people on the ship with your hypos? What was the worst injury or disease you encountered? What was the most stupidest reason someone used to come into your medical bay?

Oh, FMA and Bioshock are FUCKING GREAT ideas for missions! I still haven't seen Brotherhood, though, nor have I finished Bioshock. *headdesk* Why am I so behind on everything? Great ideas, both of them. *ponders*

Holy crap that is a lot of questions! I LOVE IT. XD I'll number the answers to keep them in order, otherwise I'll forget what was going on. :P

Spock:
1. "It would be impossible for me to judge considering I have never not been a hybrid. However, I do often find the differences between Vulcan and human cultures striking, particularly when they affect my own life. It is difficult to achieve a balance between the two."
2. "I have never wished to be fully human or Vulcan. Many experiences in my life have occurred due to my mixed heritage. Changing that would alter the entire course of my life. The idea of avoiding inner conflict is one that appeals to me, however I am uncertain that being entirely human or Vulcan would negate all inner conflict."
3. "Having been raised on Vulcan, I am obviously more at ease with the Vulcan culture. Humans are fascinating, yet understanding the illogical behavior takes time and energy that could be better spent elsewhere."

Jim:
1. "Um... well, I think saving the world got me a starship. Does that count?" *scratches head* "I don't know, I guess maybe for some people it did. But it's just a different kind of thing, you know? I mean, dying to save your entire crew, that's something. But I couldn't have done anything about Nero on my own. It was a team effort, really." *shrugs*
2. "Um, is this a trick question? So I say no and you say that then I'd do a striptease for all of them or something? So the answer's probably yes, there's some things I wouldn't do, but I don't know what they are yet. Nothing comes to mind. But I'm not just gonna say no. Psh. Obviously."
3. "Oh, I really hate star charting. And any mission where someone gets hurt or dies, those all suck. But I can't really think of anything in particular that I'd be against doing so long as, you know, things turned out okay. Oh! Except for ice planets. I am done with ice planets."
4. "Well, I could think of a few awesome missions. Like, Spock and I beam down to some planet in the middle of a war and we save everybody using our awesome skills. Or maybe Spock and I could rescue some people stranded in an abandoned ship or something. Or if I had to go to some planet on some crappy ass diplomatic mission, God, those suck, and they end up taking me prisoner and then Spock beams down dressed in the clothes of the people who took my hostage and he's able to break me out of jail. That would be fun. Hmm... yeah..."

Uhura:
1. "Kirk's an idiot, but at least he hasn't killed us all yet. I suppose he's doing all right considering he's only been Captain for two months. I just wish he wouldn't be so obnoxious all the time." *sigh*
2. "All. The. Time."
3. "Uh, no? Why would I have plans for that? If things go the way I want them to, we'll stay together. Obviously."

Bones:
1. "Pretty damn good. You'd think more people would watch it around me because of that, but they don't. They just keep on doing stupid things."
2. "Yes. Constantly. But I try and save the threat for Jim. It works best on him. No sense wasting a good hypo on someone who can take it without whining and profuse begging."
3. *heavy sigh* "It's always the same with you people. 'What's the most horrible disgusting injury you've ever seen?' That's great. Really." *pause* "I saw a lot I didn't want to before I joined Starfleet."
4. "Can I just say 'Jim' and call it a day?"

Wow, I had to really think for some of those. You unintentionally forced some info out of me, good going! :P

Firstly, I'm a huge fan... very bad reviewer, but a huge fan. This may be due to you seeming to update while I'm at work and i don't wait till i gt home to read it.

No other mission ideas, everyone else has been posting them.

Questions...

Kirk: What is the one thing about Spock that really get you hot and botherd?

Spock: List 3 words to decribe what Kirk means to you as a freind, then explain the reasons behind them.

Scotty: Are machines so much simpler then people?

Uhura: Your making the classic mistake, you've gone after guy because he's a cirtain way, but that is notconvenient long term so you want him to change. It's a BAD thing to do. ( not a question, more advice... that would get me slaped)

Bones: Would you like a Long island ice tea or a Sex on the Beach? I'm buying.

Date: 2009-07-30 04:39 am (UTC)
From: [identity profile] kowaiyoukai.livejournal.com
Oh, yay! \o/ I am so glad you decided to de-lurk and comment! :DDD LOL, my updating schedule confuses all.

That's cool. On to the questions, then!

Kirk: "Just one? That's impossible! It's everything, you know, it's the whole package deal. I mean, physically, he's gorgeous. Really fucking hot. And God, he knows how to use his hands. Have you seen the Vulcan nerve pinch? Shit. But besides that, well, his whole personality's just really great too. I mean, he's so funny! And smart, obviously really fucking intelligent in every way. And he's great to hang out with. I don't get why people feel uncomfortable around him, I seriously don't." *pause* "Wait, you're not going to tell anyone about this, are you? I mean, this is just between you and me, right? Because Bones would kill me if he found out I said anything. And Spock--" *looks horrified* "Oh God, you cannot tell Spock I said anything, all right? All right?" *panics*

Spock: "Captain Kirk can be described in many words, not all of them fit for public use. However, the three words which describe my view of the Captain as a friend the most are loyal, endearing, and humorous. Captain Kirk is loyal to a fault. He foolishly risks himself for those he cares about constantly. The Captain has several qualities that make him endearing to those around him. He is able to ingratiate himself with people he has met almost immediately after introducing himself. It is a skill to be valued and envied. I believe the third word is self-explanatory."

Scotty: "Eh, depends on the machine. Depends on the person, too. Some machines, like communicators and phasers, don't require all that much work. Then there are things like the transporter that are always breaking and need more love than emo Vulcans do. And you've got people like the Captain, who's fairly easy to talk to, and then there's, well, emo Vulcans. If you get my subtle message, and I think you do."

Uhura: "Funny, I actually don't recall asking you for advice. Here's some unsolicited advice of my own: don't lecture people you've never met about things you know nothing about." (... Looks like the advice got you slapped, anyway. Sorry. I re-wrote it to be NICER, too! It was worse before. D:)

Bones: "I'll take Sex on the Beach, but just the drink. I'm not Jim, you know."

Mission Ideas (& random thoughts)

Date: 2009-07-29 10:58 pm (UTC)
From: [identity profile] freddie-mac.livejournal.com
Okay, mission ideas ...

--- refugees;
--- a brand new, never-before encountered species, and Jim Kirk is the first human & Federation member they meet;
--- a planet where a previous ship really botched the Prime Directive (possibly inadvertently, i.e. A Piece of the Action <-- one of my top fave TOS eps!!!);
--- tribbles ('cause, y'know furry pregnant critters are fun);
--- renegade Romulan tries to defect, and will only talk with Spock;
--- crisis on Vulcan II.

Not really a character question, but a random thought that wandered into my brain and took up residence: Jim tries to explain love in human terms, and he and Spock end up analyzing/ critiquing love poems. Another random thought is Spock teaching Jim the Vulcan language and customs.

Feedback (yay, I'm multi-tasking!): really have enjoyed the past few parts. Spock's astonishment that Jim was angry on his behalf and would take such "extreme" measures (as well as his sense that Jim's outrage was unnecessary) -- totally gives insight into Spock. Not sure if it shows a low self-esteem or just resignation that people (Vulcan and human) will always see him as unworthy of respect. Chekov talking with Spock to make sure that Jim's okay? LOL; a human would have called him out, Spock's just confused.

Liked the McCoy/Kirk talk -- a softer Bones wouldn't have worked (glitter pen!). And a chess date! Sounds like trouble's on the horizon for Uhura -- the girl has to learn that you can't control another person's time. She'd never accept Spock telling her who she can see/spend time with, so why is the reverse acceptable? She's going to need someone else to show her the light -- maybe Chapel or Rand?

Thanks for the mission ideas! I've actually got plans for similar things for a few that you mentioned already, but the ones I didn't think of all seem interesting. And LOL, I have GOT to watch that tribble episode! *headdesk*

Well, I've already got plans in Apogee for Jim and Spock learning each other's customs about love, so I guess that might cover your random thought/idea.

I'm of course thrilled that you liked the last few parts of the fic! \o/ Spock and Jim's opposing reactions to Wilshaw and their reactions to each other's handling of the situation will most likely come into clearer focus as the plot continues. Hopefully, anyway. I know, I was totally thinking that Chekov was so fucking LUCKY that Spock didn't know what was going on. Otherwise, Chekov would've probably gotten a disapproving eyebrow raise for his trouble. XP

The McCoy/Kirk talk was so vital and I'm so glad everyone seems to have liked it. McCoy will be in more scenes in the future since I love him and wish to shove him in there wherever he'll fit. XD The chess date was amazing, and I didn't even realize it was a date until another commenter mentioned it. LOL, I was in Spock's head at the time and he didn't get it, so neither did I. *headdesk* But it was so awesome and I'm so glad it worked out that way. \o/ You're right about Uhura, but that's an argument that will be hard for either side to win, I'm sure. I haven't introduced Chapel or Rand yet--I'm not particularly fond of either of them, but they might have to make appearances for plot purposes of Uhura slapping. XP

Tribbles. Nough said for them. Or always the possiblity of them meeting mirror verse. And then the age old, hey were stuck on this planet overnight?

Kirk= If you had Spock all alone, what would you do?

Spock=What is your preferable Earth activity besides Chess?

Chekov= Do you help Sulu "fence"?

Sulu= Is the fencing thing a big giant eupherism?

Scotty= A single malt scotch or guinness?

McCoy= (Multiple questions for him, I loves bones) When you get mad does your accent actually become more noticable? Do you like being the CMO, rather be a regular ol' Doctor? What's Jim's 'worst' accidents?

Uhara= Who would you rather have McCoy or Scotty?

LOL, I've decided to use a stuck on a planet theme for 10's mission. Hopefully a good one! *crosses fingers*

Kirk: "Do you mean now, or in some alternate universe where we're already fucking?" *pause* "Not the alternate universe, I meant just any old alternate--you know what? Never mind. Right now, I'd probably try to play chess with him. I think he likes chess too much. I bet it's like foreplay for Vulcans. Which means we've practically already had sex, when you think about it."

Spock: "I enjoy classical music. Earth has also produced numerous books that are both entertaining and informative. However, I do not understand the majority of Earth activities. Most of them are illogical."

Chekov: "Uh..." *nervous laughter* "What are you talking about? Why does everyone keep asking me if I like guys? Not that I would mind, but uh, nobody's really asked or anything, so..." *shuffles feet* "No, I don't know how to fence. I'd probably stab my eye out with it or something." *eyes widen* "I didn't mean it like that! I'd know what to do with a--I mean, stop thinking those perverted thoughts! You... pervert!"

Sulu: "... No? I like to fence. It's a great sport that has a long and involved history. It keeps me in shape and is useful in many hand-to-hand combat situations."

Scotty: "Oh, God, argh, you're killing me over here. I have to choose? It's like picking which testicle is my favorite. I'm quite fond of them both, actually!"

McCoy: (I'm numbering your questions for him so it's easier to follow.)
1. "Sometimes. I try not to let it, though, since then everyone stares and talks about it. Honestly. You'd think with all the other crap going on around here, no one would give a damn about my accent."
2. "Of course. But if Jim would've tried to make me a regular doctor, I would've given him a hypo in the groin. I'm not following anybody's orders in my own damn department. You don't take that kind of shit from your best friend. You just don't."
3. "You mean the medical ones, or just his general idiocy? I'm assuming you mean medical. Well, he stapled a book to his arm once when he fell asleep doing a report that wasn't due for another two weeks. The big nerd. Jim tends to be pretty careful, and when he;s not careful and throwing himself into danger, he gets lucky. Thank God. No doctor wants to have someone they know in their care for a serious injury."

Uhura: "You're the second person to ask me that. Why do people want to know this? I'm dating Spock. Spock, who, as you might have guessed, is not McCoy or Scotty. But fine, I'll humor you. I'd rather McCoy because he's hotter and Scotty's an imbecile. Happy?"

Suggestion for a future mission:

Supernatural-Djinn-episode-esque mission?

Eh?

:D

I like that mission idea a whole fucking lot. A planet where one person, probably Jim, is able to change one thing he wishes he could fix the most about his life. In this instance, though, I'd probably have it that both Jim and Spock were affected, for the awesomesauceness of it all obviously.

Oh, this idea. THIS IDEA. I LIKE IT A WHOLE FUCKING LOT. ♥ It'll have to wait for later, though.

YOUR CHRIS :P ICON MAKES ME HAPPY IN MY PANTS.

Oh I clicked but then saw it was a SPOILER so I stopped. WOMAN. I will eventually get to these things as I watch the series. XP

I'll remember this when I get to that ep, though. :D

Mind if I put my own two cents in?
Great work with the story btw! Can't wait to see the next chapter! ^_^

Just a little crazy idea... maybe if another dimension Spock somehow came to the Enterprise. This other Spock is already in a relationship with Jim or they have met as children and got together long ago. Point would be to show Apogee!Spock what a relationship with Jim would look like and to get it trough to him that it is possible or to just give him a hint that yes it's possible and no it's not as far-fetched as he would of think... Just an idea...

Or maybe Spock's younger self appears on ship and only clings to and/or only listens to Jim. XD

Questions!
So, Jim.
1. How many languages do you know?
2. Before you joined Star Fleet were you ever away from Iowa? Of planet? If yes, where?
3. Martial arts, fighting stiles? I presume you learned at least one at the academy? Which?(Bar brawls don't count)
4. Ever thought to ask Spock to another game but chess? Maybe Go? Chinese crackers? Any of the other thousand games we have on Earth? Maybe a game from another planet?
5. Got a telescope in your possession somewhere? Any favorits? Nebulas? Constalations?
6. Got a necklace? What's on it?
7. Do you have anything with you from your family members and/or friends? What?
8. Fav movie?

Spock. 1. How does the mind meld work? And whit who have you done it with?
2. Fav food and dessert?

Spock Prime... 1. Where thou BE?
2. Were there any small, fuzzy animals on former Vulcan? If yes, which and how did they look?
3. Fav dessert?
4. How old can Vulcans get anyway?

Umm, that's all I guess...
Have nice day! ^_^
