*dreamy smile* That was nice. I loved the pumpkin!Harry/Harry metaphor. My favorite subtle detail, though, was the newspapers that they used to catch the droppings. I think most other wizarding people would be framing the pages, or scrapbooking them, or something. But these two, who have lived through so much, will toss them away without a glance.

Deliciously subtle. If I liked pumpkin pie, I'd be wanting a piece right now... as I don't, I have the strangest urge to carve something. ^_^
