Okay the comment became so Epic it wouldn't fit into one post!
Sulu: :( He's off being awesome on the sidelines.
Uhura: She's just setting herself further into the denial, really really forward physical denial O.O I feel sorry for her cause all her attempts at being closer are just bringing them further apart. I feel bad for her though, cause she's so caught up in her version of a fairytale that she's not seeing what's really going on...I hope she figures it out soon before she gets too too invested.
Spock: As always you write an amazing Spock and I love how you utilize him to let us observe the workings of the ship. And yes! Crew reactions to Jim being Captain~! The Boss is the Boss first and foremost before being your friend. I think alot of the crew was blindsided by his youth and inexperience and reputation as well. Open your eyes darlings.
I think the part I enjoy most is the contrast in how Spock thinks of Spock and how Jim thinks of Spock, and vice versa. I'm waiting for some of these opinions to get the wtf?! reaction from the other. O.O
Also ftw, how unsure your Spock is. He doesn't know what the frik he's doing and here he is trying to deal with the destruction of his home and racemother, serving doubly as first officer/head of science dept. of an understaffed flagship, go through a gradually failing and confusing even by human standards relationship and sort out all these new feelings he's slowly learning to deal with. The guy has it rough! and I just want to smother him in blankets and feed him soup or something. O.O
Last comments: Bones is a total BAMF, Jim is adorably confused and wtf-ing, and Spock needs to be smished. Also, that last chess scene had me Squee-ing the whole frikkin time. Great great way to end the chapter. ^_^
And wow...this is more Epic than the lost Epic comment. O.O
Oh snaps~ That's okay. I'd rather have the awesome plot and character development we're getting than pr0n. You know...as long it's coming evenetually. :D
