My sister told me the same thing about the first part. She said it was shocking, but most particularly she was uber-surprised by my inclusion of Pike and Nero. And I was like, "Shit, if I'm doing it, I'm doing it" and she agreed so it all worked out. But yeah, Jim's a manwhore. It half-saddens and half-amuses me.
I kind of secretly love Kirk/McCoy, but in a best friends who might have screwed around in the past but have stayed friends afterwards kind of way. LOL, if that makes sense. I think it's canon that Jim and McCoy are best friends, especially for XI. So I'm playing with that because it's COMPLETE AWESOMESAUCE. \o/
Jim is probably going to injure himself again before he realizes why he's all worked up over Spock. I wrote the Spock non-sex thought section first, and then I realized Jim would be the exact opposite. Then I was like, how would you show he has actual sex on the brain without showing it flat-out? So that's what I did. :P
Sulu is amazing. You know he's got some kind of secret knowledge about the universe he's just waiting to spring on unsuspecting people.
